My BBA Journey didn't start out how I would have liked but after years of continuous growth while looking hard into a mirror I have molded my current development stage to what it is now. The journey that I started at the start of this program has led me to many different paths and I continuously work to overcome any barriers that have been in the way.

 

I have learned a lot about myself, what I am good at and especially that which I needed to give more attention toward. Unlearning certain behaviors and focusing on shifting them into more positive/productive ones has come with a lot of pain but it has been the best for where I am meant to go.

 

I learned that I am resilient, growth minded, what my values actually are, what type of learner I am (which has helped me into opening my horizon to finding the best ways for me to learn things), and what personality type I am.

Understanding myself better has given me the tools to take on my development with clear mindfulness. My journey is far from complete but I am excited for what is to come.
